Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

  • Your product will be eligible for return or exchange only under the following circumstances:
  • You have received an incorrect product.
  • The product has any damage or manufacturing defect.

If eligible, you must notify us of the return within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note:

  • Products purchased on sale or discount cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must not be worn, washed, or altered and should have all original tags intact.

REFUNDS POLICY

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after our quality check of the returned product.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 15–30 days.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met.
  • Products purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for refunds.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed by us, it cannot be cancelled.
  • However, Tamasha Kids reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. In such cases, a refund will be issued.
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your bank account depends on your geographical location.
  • Products purchased under promotions, sales, or coupon codes are not eligible for cancellation.
